Bhel Puri

2 cups of puffed rice

1/2 cup sev (thin fried gram flour noodles)

1/2 cup murmur (puffed rice)

1/2 cup boiled potatoes, diced

1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro

2-3 tablespoons of tamarind chutney

1-2 tablespoons coriander and mint chutney

1/2 tsp chat masala

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (optional)

Salt to taste


Preparing the ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are prepared and measured before you start. It includes boiling the potatoes and making tamarind and coriander mint chutneys if you still need to get them ready.
